- previous hotel-related experience preferred
- professional attitude
- experience using industrial cleaning equipment and products is advantageous

Job Duties
- Prepare rooms for cleaning
- make beds
- dust rooms and furniture
- replenish guestroom and bathroom supplies
- clean the bathroom
- clean the closet
- vacuum and rack the carpet
- check and secure the rooms
- deliver and retrieve items on loan to guests (e.g. iron and ironing boards)
- ensure public areas, such as hallways, are cleaned and orderly
- ability to lift 50 lbs. and walk, sit, or stand for extended periods time
- ability to work independently and with a team
- manage guest calls, requests, & complaints in the area assigned to them
- additional tasks may be assigned at any given time
