Job Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests
- Ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks involving moderate lifting and movement
Job Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight
- Must have open availability be able to work AM shift during the week, weekends and holidays as needed
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned guest rooms
- Restock room supplies and amenities
- Communicate effectively with guests and respond to requests
- Ensure guest rooms meet Hyatt’s quality standards
- Report maintenance issues to the appropriate department
- Collaborate with housekeeping team for efficient service
