Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
- capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for long durations
- availability to work part-time hours including weekends and holidays
- willingness to learn and follow safety and hygiene protocols
Job Qualifications
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- attention to detail and passion for maintaining high cleanliness standards
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- physical ability to lift 10 lbs, occasionally up to 35 lbs, and stand for extended periods
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus but not mandatory
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and comfort
- restock supplies, change linens, vacuum, dust, and sanitize rooms and bathrooms
- communicate with the front desk and maintenance teams to address guest requests and ensure smooth operations
- uphold safety and cleanliness standards to create a healthy environment for both guests and teammates
- be an essential part of a team that works together to meet and exceed guest expectations
