Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
  • capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for long durations
  • availability to work part-time hours including weekends and holidays
  • willingness to learn and follow safety and hygiene protocols

Job Qualifications

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • attention to detail and passion for maintaining high cleanliness standards
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • physical ability to lift 10 lbs, occasionally up to 35 lbs, and stand for extended periods
  • previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus but not mandatory

Job Duties

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and comfort
  • restock supplies, change linens, vacuum, dust, and sanitize rooms and bathrooms
  • communicate with the front desk and maintenance teams to address guest requests and ensure smooth operations
  • uphold safety and cleanliness standards to create a healthy environment for both guests and teammates
