Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards
- Make beds, clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, and replenish linens and amenities
- Clean and sanitize all guest room surfaces and furniture
- Report maintenance issues to appropriate departments
- Ensure guest rooms are stocked with necessary supplies
- Follow hotel cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and elevators
- Stock and sanitize public restrooms regularly
- Report cleanliness and maintenance issues in public areas
- Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and guest amenities
- Store and organize cleaning equipment and supplies
- Respond to guest requests for additional amenities promptly
- Fulfill special cleaning requests or preferences
- Follow all safety and security procedures in handling cleaning supplies
- Comply with health and safety regulations
- Keep all areas free from hazards
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping supervisors
- Work collaboratively with other staff and hotel departments to ensure efficiency
