Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand walk bend and lift for extended periods
- Good communication skills
- Reliability and punctuality

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment preferred but not required
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals tools and equipment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment maintaining high standards of quality
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and best practices
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks for long periods
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Duties
- Clean and prepare guest rooms including making beds dusting vacuuming mopping floors and cleaning bathrooms
- Replenish guest amenities such as towels toiletries linens and other supplies
- Ensure all surfaces furniture and fixtures are cleaned maintained and free of debris or dust
- Report damages or maintenance issues to housekeeping supervisor
- Change bed linens clean and sanitize restrooms and ensure rooms are ready for guest check-in
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in public areas like lobby hallways elevators restrooms and stairwells
- Remove trash from public areas and ensure cleanliness of entryways common areas and corridors
- Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and supplies according to safety standards
- Follow hotel health and safety guidelines including infection control procedures
- Respond to guest requests professionally and timely while respecting guest privacy
- Work with housekeeping team to meet cleaning targets and communicate special guest needs to management
- Assist with deep cleaning or seasonal cleaning projects when needed
- Perform other duties such as restocking cleaning carts organizing storage areas or cleaning guest event spaces as assigned
