Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of hotel management or supervisory experience
- Two years of prior hotel housekeeping experience
- Basic purchasing and inventory skills
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Assist with management and operation of housekeeping and laundry departments to ensure orderly and attractive hotel conditions
- Promote cleanliness and superior customer care for hotel guests
- Assist GM in directing housekeeping and laundry activities and daily cleaning service
- Prepare work schedules for staff based on projected occupancy
- Provide guest room status reports to Front Desk, Executive Housekeeper, and General Manager
- Inspect premises, guest rooms, linen rooms, and public areas to maintain housekeeping standards and communicate maintenance needs
- Maintain inventory of guest and housekeeping supplies and linen, order replacements as needed
- Create a service environment focused on guests and respond promptly to customer needs
- Ensure safety practices for employees and guests and assist in emergency and security procedures
- Assist in training and motivating housekeeping staff
- Perform room attendant duties when required
- Perform other duties as assigned
