Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree
- Minimum of three months related experience
- Ability to prepare read and interpret documents
- Ability to write reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak and communicate effectively with individuals, team members and guests
- Ability to accurately calculate figures and amounts
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
- Ability to qualify for any required licenses or permits
- Physical ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk, hear, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds
- Tolerance for working in noisy environments and exposure to fumes and varying weather conditions
- Adherence to company policies, safety procedures, uniform and grooming standards

Job Duties
- Check climate control, lights, and alarm clock making adjustments or reporting broken items
- Tidy rooms including emptying trash, ensuring TV remote works, and drawing sheers
- Check and replace room supplies such as soap, shampoo, writing paper, pens, and tissues
- Strip beds and load soiled linens onto carts
- Change bed pads if soiled
- Replace soiled linens and provide laundry bags and slips
- Make beds according to hotel standards
- Prepare roll-a-ways before removal
- Clean glass surfaces like mirrors and shower walls
- Dust rooms including fixtures and vents
- Clean ashtrays and replace matches
- Vacuum carpets including moving furniture and reporting stains
- Replace bathroom bottle tops and used glasses
- Clean and dry wash basins, fixtures, and pipes
- Clean shower heads and tiles
- Clean and scrub bathtubs
- Clean toilets and replace toilet paper and tissues
- Sweep and wash bathroom floors
- Sign in and out for keys, radios, or pagers
- Report and deliver lost and found items
- Verify room status and note discrepancies
- Complete room tidies and pass assignment sheets
- Return carts to linen room and restock supplies
- Complete special cleaning projects
- Attend all training and meetings
- Adhere to company policies and gaming laws
- Perform duties safely and use personal protective equipment
- Meet uniform and grooming standards
- Perform any other job duties to promote productivity
