Job Requirements

Identification verifying you are at least 18 years of age
Ability and flexibility to work weekends and holidays
Physical ability to lift, pull, and push a minimum of 20 lbs
Desire to satisfy guest needs in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work on feet for extended periods
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Multi-tasking skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is a plus but not required
Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and chemicals
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Customer service experience preferred
Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines

Job Duties

Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and suites including bathrooms and living areas
Change and make beds
Use professional cleaning chemicals safely and effectively
Push housekeeping cart between guest rooms
Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure guest room standards
Pay attention to detail in cleaning and guest room presentation
Provide friendly and helpful service to guests
