Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- high school diploma or equivalent
- must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- must speak English
- must pass pre-employment background and drug test
- possess basic knowledge of excellent service standards and guest relations
- available to work weekends, day and evening shifts and major holidays
- comply with all safety regulations, procedures, policies and rules
- have regular and predictable attendance
- arrive punctually in full uniform with a neat and professional appearance at all times
- able to stand for extended periods, walk, push, carry, bend, reach, stoop, kneel or crouch
- able to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance and in excess of 50 pounds with assistance
- must have reliable transportation

- ability to work weekends, day and evening shifts including major holidays
- strong communication skills
- reliable and punctual with professional appearance
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including standing, bending, lifting up to 25 pounds unaided
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- proficiency in English
Job Duties
- clean and wipe windows, doors, walls, closets and fixtures in rooms including using ladders or stools to reach high areas
- wash shower walls, tubs, toilets, and restroom surfaces to maintain sanitary guest restrooms
- replace towels, soaps, and room amenities, restock literature for guest rooms
- wash all guest room floors by hand to remove dirt and soiled areas
- dust and polish furniture, fixtures, wall hangings and vents
- strip beds and remake with fresh linens, check for cleanliness and replace soiled items
- lift mattresses to check for soil underneath
- clean closets including wiping doors, handles, and shelves, restock hangers, blankets, and pillows
- maintain professional and positive communication with guests, employees and management
- report issues promptly to Executive Housekeeper or Supervisors
- arrive on time in proper uniform and comply with work schedule
- perform other duties and special projects as assigned
