Job Requirements
- Minimum high school education or equivalent
- prior housekeeping or related experience recommended
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and prolonged standing
- must be able to follow detailed cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- strong interpersonal skills to engage positively with guests
- willingness to adhere to all safety and security policies
- legal authorization to work without restrictions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is an advantage
- strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- physical stamina to perform duties including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
- good communication and interpersonal skills for guest interaction
- ability to follow safety protocols and handle cleaning chemicals properly
- reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently or part of a team
Job Duties
- Clean hotel areas including guestrooms, lobby, corridors, elevators, laundry facility, and stairways according to company standards and within required time frames
- replenish supplies such as bathroom necessities, drinking glasses, linen and terry in various areas including guest rooms and restrooms
- transport trash and waste to the disposal area efficiently and hygienically
- stock, organize, and maintain housekeeping carts and equipment to ensure readiness for all tasks
- always greet guests in a warm, friendly manner providing a welcoming presence throughout the property
- strictly adhere to safety and security policies to ensure personal safety, guest safety, and protection of company property
- use all materials, chemicals, and tools safely to avoid injury, waste, unnecessary damage, or accidents
- perform house laundry duties including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and storing company linen and terry
- contribute to the cleaning and organizing of the House and Commercial Laundry areas
