Job Requirements

  • Prior housekeeping experience preferred
  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills
  • Ability to work part-time shifts
  • Must comply with company uniform and punctuality policies
  • Must be able to follow safety protocols for chemical use
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills

Job Duties

  • Make beds
  • Replenish supplies such as drinking glasses and writing supplies
  • Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas
  • Vacuum rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies
  • Dust furniture and equipment
  • Polish metalwork such as fixtures and fittings
  • Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills
  • Empty wastebaskets and ashtrays
  • Transport trash and waste to disposal area
  • Replace light bulbs
  • Comply with material safety data sheet regulations when using chemicals
  • Report to work on time and in uniform according to company policy
  • Greet guests in a friendly manner
  • Perform other related duties as required
