Job Qualifications
- proven experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles within the hospitality industry
- strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and floor care practices

- good communication skills for interacting with guests and team members
- familiarity with janitorial or custodial practices is a plus

Job Duties
- perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness
- maintain cleanliness of floors through effective floor care techniques
- report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- assist with laundry services as needed to support housekeeping operations
- follow established protocols for cleaning and sanitizing to ensure guest safety
- collaborate with other housekeeping staff to meet daily operational goals
- provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests or concerns professionally
