previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services
ability to follow safety and cleaning protocols
strong attention to detail

Job Qualifications

proven experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles within the hospitality industry
strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and floor care practices
ability to work independently as well as part of a team
excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
good communication skills for interacting with guests and team members
familiarity with janitorial or custodial practices is a plus
a positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding service

Job Duties

perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness
maintain cleanliness of floors through effective floor care techniques
report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
assist with laundry services as needed to support housekeeping operations
follow established protocols for cleaning and sanitizing to ensure guest safety
collaborate with other housekeeping staff to meet daily operational goals
provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests or concerns professionally
