Job Requirements
- Identification verifying you are at least 18 years of age
- US citizenship verification is required
- ability and flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 35 lbs)
- must be able to use stairs and ladders as needed
- desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an asset
- ability to work independently with little supervision
- strong multitasking and time management skills
- quick learner with adaptability in a guest-focused environment
- friendly and professional communication skills
Job Duties
- Maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms and suites, including bathrooms, living areas, and bed changes
- working with the housekeeping team to deliver spotless, inviting rooms
- assisting the housekeeping and laundry teams professionally and courteously
- maintaining a clean, stocked housekeeping cart for daily tasks
- using professional cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively
- restocking guest room supplies such as toiletries, coffee, tea, and towels
- reporting maintenance issues and safety concerns to the appropriate department
