Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior housekeeping or custodial experience preferred
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Commitment to following health and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles
- Familiarity with floor care techniques such as carpet cleaning and floor polishing
- Strong understanding of hospitality standards and customer service principles
- Proven ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
- Experience managing housekeeping tasks or supervising teams is a plus
Job Duties
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms including beds bathrooms carpets furniture and fixtures to ensure a pristine environment
- Maintain public areas such as lobbies hallways restrooms and recreational spaces with meticulous attention to detail
- Restock amenities like towels toiletries linens and other supplies to ensure guest satisfaction
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently including vacuum cleaners floor buffers and industrial cleaning tools
- Follow established health and safety protocols to prevent accidents and maintain a hygienic workspace
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold quality standards
- Assist with laundry duties including sorting washing folding and storing linens and uniforms
