Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Skills training completion
- Basic English literacy
- Prior experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety practices
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate
- Attended skills training school
- English literate to meet business needs
- Good knowledge of housekeeping daily operations on guest floors
- Flexible with working hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Knowledge of chemical usage and room cleaning protocols
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and attend to their needs in line with hotel's service standards and profit objectives
- Carry out cleaning duties such as making beds, sanitizing bathrooms, dusting surfaces, and vacuuming floors
- Track and replenish usage of bed linens, towels, and toiletries
- Perform extensive cleaning responsibilities as required
- Stock, maintain, and transport housekeeping supply cart for immediate use
- Practice responsible waste disposal and recycling to support sustainability
