Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial, or hospitality roles
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork
- Previous hotel experience or custodial experience is highly desirable
- Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas according to established standards
- Perform floor care duties, including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining cleanliness of all surface types
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to ensure guest comfort
- Conduct routine inspections of rooms and common areas to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards
- Follow proper janitorial procedures during industrial cleaning tasks to ensure efficiency and safety
- Manage custodial equipment and cleaning supplies responsibly, ensuring they are well-maintained and stocked
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to prioritize tasks and maintain consistent service quality
