Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel or similar environment
- ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- physical capability to stand, bend, lift, and perform strenuous tasks
- strong communication skills
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or housekeeping positions within the hospitality industry
- strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning
- familiarity with hotel operations and cleanliness standards
- excellent attention to detail with a focus on high-quality results
- ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- good physical stamina to perform manual cleaning tasks
- experience with industrial or large-scale cleaning is a plus
Job Duties
- Thoroughly and efficiently clean and disinfect guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas
- change bed linens, make beds, and restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and guest amenities
- vacuum, sweep, and mop floors while performing detailed floor care
- ensure all cleaning equipment is used properly and kept in excellent condition
- immediately report any maintenance issues or damages to management
- follow safety protocols and environmentally friendly cleaning practices
- assist with laundry duties and support other housekeeping team members as required
