Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Must be flexible to work different shifts including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills

- Attended skills training school
- English literate to meet business needs
- Good knowledge of housekeeping daily operations on guest floors
- Flexible with working hours including morning and evening shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Good knowledge of chemical usage and cleaning rooms
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and attend to guest needs in line with hotel objectives
- Carry out assigned cleaning duties including making beds, sanitizing bathrooms, dusting surfaces, and vacuuming floors
- Track and replenish usage of bed linens, towels, and guest toiletries
- Perform extensive cleaning responsibilities as needed
- Stock, maintain, and transport housekeeping supply cart, ensuring readiness for immediate use
- Practice responsible waste disposal and recycling to support sustainability
