Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to communicate in English
experience with cleaning chemicals and equipment
physical stamina for manual labor
adaptability to shift work including weekends and holidays
attention to detail
reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

High school graduate
attended skills training school
English literate to meet business needs
good knowledge of housekeeping daily operations on guest floors
flexible with working hours, able to work morning, evening shifts, weekends and public holidays
good knowledge of chemical usage and cleaning rooms

Job Duties

Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and attend to guests' needs in line with hotel objectives
carry out cleaning duties such as making beds, sanitizing bathrooms, dusting surfaces, and vacuuming floors
keep track of bed linens, towels, and toiletries and replenish as needed
fulfill extensive cleaning responsibilities whenever required
stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart
responsible waste disposal and recycling
