Job Requirements
- High school education
- Skills training in housekeeping preferred
- Basic English proficiency
- Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety
- Good physical stamina to handle housekeeping duties
- Previous hospitality experience is a plus but not required

- Attended skills training school
- English literate to meet business needs
- Good knowledge of housekeeping operations on guest floors
- Flexible with working hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Good knowledge of chemical usage and cleaning procedures
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and attend to guest needs
- Carry out assigned cleaning duties including making beds, sanitizing bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming
- Track and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest toiletries
- Fulfill extensive cleaning responsibilities when required
- Stock, maintain, and transport housekeeping supply cart
- Practice responsible waste disposal and recycling
- Respond to guest requests in a timely manner
