Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completed relevant skills training
- Proficiency in English for communication
- Ability to work flexible hours including shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of safe chemical handling and cleaning techniques
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
- Good interpersonal and guest service skills
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate
- Attended skills training school
- English literate to meet business needs
- Good knowledge of housekeeping daily operations on guest floors
- Flexible with working hours including morning, evening shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Good knowledge of chemical usage and cleaning procedures
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and attend to guest needs in alignment with hotel service objectives
- Carry out assigned cleaning duties including making beds, sanitizing bathrooms, dusting surfaces, and vacuuming floors
- Track usage and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest toiletries
- Fulfill extensive cleaning responsibilities as required
- Stock, maintain, and transport housekeeping supply cart prepared for immediate use
- Adhere to responsible waste disposal and recycling practices
