Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible hours including morning, evening shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Basic literacy in English
Physical capability to perform cleaning duties
Understanding of chemical use in housekeeping
Willingness to adhere to the hotel’s cleanliness and service standards

Job Qualifications

High school graduate
Attended skills training school
English literate to meet business needs
Good knowledge of housekeeping daily operations on guest floors
Flexible with working hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Good knowledge of chemical usage and cleaning rooms

Job Duties

Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and attend to guest needs in line with hotel service objectives
Carry out assigned cleaning duties including making beds, sanitizing bathrooms, dusting surfaces, and vacuuming floors
Keep track of bed linens, towels, and guest toiletries usage and replenish as needed
Fulfill additional extensive cleaning responsibilities when required
Stock, maintain, and transport housekeeping supply cart ensuring it is ready for immediate use
Practice responsible waste disposal and recycling to support sustainability efforts
