Job Requirements
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and industrial cleaning methods
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly desirable
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and janitorial equipment is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment properly

Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas following established standards for hygiene and presentation
- Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to keep all surfaces pristine
- Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest comfort
- Handle janitorial tasks efficiently, including waste removal and deep cleaning of carpets and upholstery when needed
- Maintain cleanliness of public spaces like lobbies, hallways, elevators, and recreational areas
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment properly to promote a safe working environment
