Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow safety and security protocols
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles advantageous
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and company cleaning standards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good interpersonal skills for guest interaction
- Ability to handle physical tasks and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of safety and chemical handling procedures
Job Duties
- Clean hotel areas including guestrooms, lobby, corridors, elevators, laundry facilities, and stairways according to company standards and time frames
- Replenish supplies such as bathroom necessities, drinking glasses, linen, and terry
- Transport trash and waste to disposal areas efficiently and hygienically
- Stock, organize, and maintain housekeeping carts and equipment
- Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming presence throughout the property
- Strictly adhere to safety and security policies
- Perform house laundry duties including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and terry
- Contribute to cleaning and organizing house and commercial laundry areas
