Job Requirements

Proven experience in cleaning custodial work or hotel housekeeping roles preferred
hospitality or janitorial experience is highly valued
knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning equipment operation
strong attention to detail
ability to work independently and in a team
excellent time management skills
physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods

physical stamina to stand bend lift and perform repetitive cleaning tasks for extended periods
familiarity with hospitality industry standards and housekeeping management practices is a plus

Job Duties

Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms including beds bathrooms and common areas ensuring all surfaces are spotless and well-maintained
perform floor care duties such as vacuuming carpets mopping hard floors and maintaining overall cleanliness of hallways and public spaces
restock amenities like toiletries towels and linens to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
handle janitorial tasks including waste removal window cleaning and detailed surface polishing to uphold high standards of hygiene
follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and operate industrial cleaning equipment responsibly
report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest safety
assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to maintain the hotel’s pristine appearance
