Job Requirements

- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Strong understanding of cleaning protocols and chemical safety
- Effective communication skills in English
- Capability to manage physical tasks associated with housekeeping
- Commitment to responsible waste disposal and sustainability practices
Job Qualifications

- Attended skills training school
- English literate
- Good knowledge of housekeeping daily operations on guest floors
- Flexible with working hours including morning/evening shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Knowledge of chemical usage and cleaning rooms
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of guests rooms and attend to their needs in line with hotel objectives
- Carry out assigned cleaning duties such as making beds, sanitizing bathrooms, dusting surfaces, and vacuuming floors
- Keep track of usage of bed linens, towels, and guest toiletries and replenish as needed
- Fulfill extensive cleaning responsibilities whenever needed
- Stock, maintain, and transport housekeeping supply cart prepared for immediate use
- Practice responsible waste disposal and recycling
- Respond promptly to guest requests to ensure satisfaction
