Job Requirements
- Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred
- Experience in hotel or hospitality settings is a plus
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques equipment and products
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting bending and standing for extended periods
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to housekeeping management

Job Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas including guest rooms hallways restrooms and common areas
- Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping mopping vacuuming and polishing surfaces
- Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment efficiently ensuring they are stocked and in good working condition
- Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure high standards of hygiene and sanitation
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Provide exceptional hospitality by addressing guest requests or concerns with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist with special cleaning projects including deep cleaning or industrial cleaning tasks
