Job Requirements

  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting standing and walking for extended periods
  • Availability to work during scheduled hours from 8am to 5:30pm
  • Basic understanding of safety and hygiene standards

  • Ability to maintain cleaning tools and equipment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is beneficial but not required
  • Ability to work efficiently and pay strong attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow established procedures and hotel standards
  • Professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests and team members

Job Duties

  • Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner following procedures and hotel standards
  • Keeping an organized linen cart that is neat well stocked and organized
  • Reporting any areas within guest rooms that need attention such as fixtures door locks televisions HVAC etc
  • Maintaining security of your equipment key and supplies issued to you
  • Reporting lost and found articles to your supervisor
  • Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
