Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- maintain cleanliness and comfort of public areas including the Host Stand, Bakery Café, Guest Kitchen, e-room, and TV den
- provide helpful and attentive service to guests throughout their stay
- coordinate servicing and setup of meeting rooms
- communicate effectively with guests and hotel team members
- support overall guest satisfaction and experience enhancement
