Job Duties

  • greet and welcome guests upon arrival
  • assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
  • maintain cleanliness and comfort of public areas including the Host Stand, Bakery Café, Guest Kitchen, e-room, and TV den
  • provide helpful and attentive service to guests throughout their stay
  • coordinate servicing and setup of meeting rooms
  • communicate effectively with guests and hotel team members
  • support overall guest satisfaction and experience enhancement
