Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or related field
- Schedule flexibility for AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays
- Strong command of the English language including speaking, reading, and writing
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced position with guest interaction
- Ability to multi-task
- Must possess basic computer skills such as Word and Excel
- Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs)
- True desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Manage the Hotel Host Stand with professionalism and attentiveness
- Oversee the Bakery Café ensuring quality service and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality in the Guest Kitchen, e-room, and TV den
- Facilitate guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- Service and prepare meeting rooms for events
- Communicate effectively with guests to address their needs and inquiries
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
