Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • manage the hotel host stand and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
  • oversee operations at the Bakery Café ensuring cleanliness and guest satisfaction
  • maintain the guest kitchen, e-room, and TV den areas providing a comfortable and inviting environment
  • service and prepare meeting rooms for guest events and business needs
  • deliver exceptional guest service by responding promptly to inquiries and requests
  • communicate effectively with guests and team members to enhance the overall guest experience
  • uphold high standards of cleanliness and hospitality throughout guest areas
