- prior experience in hospitality or guest services
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- valid driver's license for shuttle van operation

Job Duties
- manage the Hotel Host Stand
- oversee the Bakery Café and Guest Kitchen areas
- maintain the e-room and TV den
- handle guest check-in and check-out processes
- operate the hotel shuttle van
- service and set up meeting rooms
