Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Be outgoing and friendly
- Speak professionally with guests in person or via phone
- Be knowledgeable about the property assets and policies
- Use computer software for guest check-in and ticket sales
- Be proactive and a good team member
- Go above and beyond to meet guest expectations
- Keep the work area clean and tidy
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Take ownership in job performance
- Maintain professional working relationships
- Collaborate with management and housekeeping
Job Qualifications
- Be 16 years of age or older

Job Duties
- Check guests into accommodations
- Communicate all resort and hotel policies effectively
- Collect payments or ensure continued use of previous payment methods
- Assign keys for guest access to accommodations
- Provide directional information to lodging and onsite services
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Perform daily opening, operating and closing procedures
- Collaborate with the Front Desk Manager to manage lobby, merchandise, and general store
- Deliver pre-ordered items or orders made through service platforms
- Assist housekeeping with duties and maintain streamlined communication
