Job Requirements

  • Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to provide courteous and professional service
  • Experience with property management systems preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills

Job Duties

  • Use property management system to make reservations, check-in and checkout guests, process payments, maintain cash drawer and operate office equipment
  • Provide highest level of service by anticipating, listening attentively, and responding promptly to guests' requests and complaints to meet and exceed guest expectations
  • Quickly and empathetically respond to guest issues with resolutions that may require thinking outside of the box
  • Demonstrate the use of sales techniques to effectively sell the property and maximize occupancy and revenue
