Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years experience in hotel front desk or related hospitality role
  • strong customer service orientation
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of hotel reservation systems
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • flexible availability including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in hotel front desk or hospitality management
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • proficiency with reservation and property management systems
  • ability to handle guest complaints professionally
  • knowledge of cash handling and accounting procedures
  • capability to train and supervise staff effectively

Job Duties

  • Hire, train, schedule, and assign duties to front desk staff
  • communicate and cooperate with department heads to enhance guest satisfaction
  • answer guest inquiries and resolve complaints
  • manage reservation systems including inventory and VIP services
  • enforce cash and credit card handling procedures
  • ensure guest safety by following emergency protocols
  • monitor night audits and prepare reports
  • maintain front desk coverage and train support staff
  • patrol public areas and resolve conflicts
  • supervise front desk employees and manage performance
