Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years experience in hotel front desk or related hospitality role
- strong customer service orientation
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of hotel reservation systems
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- flexible availability including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Hire, train, schedule, and assign duties to front desk staff
- communicate and cooperate with department heads to enhance guest satisfaction
- answer guest inquiries and resolve complaints
- manage reservation systems including inventory and VIP services
- enforce cash and credit card handling procedures
- ensure guest safety by following emergency protocols
- monitor night audits and prepare reports
- maintain front desk coverage and train support staff
- patrol public areas and resolve conflicts
- supervise front desk employees and manage performance
