Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or over
- Willing and able to perform all housekeeping duties
- Flexible schedule including availability for morning shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Capacity to work well in a team
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job
Job Qualifications
- Previous guest room attendant and/or houseperson experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a team-oriented setting
- Relevant military experience in a comparable capacity
Job Duties
- Ensure guest rooms are clean, well-maintained, and inviting
- Maintain cleanliness of hallways and public areas
- Support housekeeping functions including guest room attendant, houseperson duties, and laundry assistance
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Adhere to hotel policies and safety standards
- Provide excellent guest service and respond to guest requests promptly
- Flexibly work morning shifts, weekends, and holidays
