Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or over
  • Willing and able to perform all housekeeping duties
  • Flexible schedule including availability for morning shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Capacity to work well in a team
  • Ability to handle physical demands of the job

Job Qualifications

  • Previous guest room attendant and/or houseperson experience preferred
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in a team-oriented setting
  • Relevant military experience in a comparable capacity

Job Duties

  • Ensure guest rooms are clean, well-maintained, and inviting
  • Maintain cleanliness of hallways and public areas
  • Support housekeeping functions including guest room attendant, houseperson duties, and laundry assistance
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Adhere to hotel policies and safety standards
  • Provide excellent guest service and respond to guest requests promptly
  • Flexibly work morning shifts, weekends, and holidays
