Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous guest or customer service experience preferred
- Texas Driver's License with good driving record required
- Must be over 21 years old for vehicle driving insurance purposes
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Physical capability to assist with luggage handling
- Availability to work part-time on 1st or 2nd shift
- Committed to providing excellent customer service

Job Duties
- Act at the first and last impression for guests arriving and departing our hotel
- greet guests as they arrive, unload luggage, and hand out hotel room keys and name badges
- provide a hotel tour to new guests explaining the various services and restaurants available at the hotel
- provide valet parking services to guests
- deliver items to guest rooms such as packages and laundry
- collect luggage and distribute on busy check out days
- drive company shuttle on various errands for guests
