Job Duties
- Directly responsible to the Banquet Manager, Executive Chef, and F&B Director for the performance of all hourly banquet food and beverage servers and being the personal representative of the hotel to banquet guests
- Provide ongoing direction, supervision, and monitoring to banquet staff
- Coordinate all aspects of the room and facilities setup including audio/visual and food and beverage to ensure guest satisfaction and adherence to division standards
- Strive for profit maximization through effective management of banquet operations
- Perform various other duties as assigned
