Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a high volume or high profile restaurant
  • Flexible schedule with availability for various shifts
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend continuously throughout the day
  • Physical ability to push, pull, or lift up to 40 lbs
  • Positive attitude and service-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Ensure hotel operations align with the company's community and service values
  • Promote a positive work environment complying with employment regulations
  • Hire, train, supervise, and coach team members
  • Conduct performance evaluations and development plans
  • Maintain guest satisfaction and service quality
  • Oversee property maintenance and housekeeping standards
  • Manage financial performance including budgets and cost control
  • Lead food and beverage operations ensuring customer service excellence
  • Engage with sales and marketing to drive revenue and occupancy
  • Coordinate with ownership and corporate leadership for financial reporting and operational updates
  • Respond to emergencies and enforce safety protocols
  • Conduct regular team meetings and property inspections
