Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a high volume or high profile restaurant
- Flexible schedule with availability for various shifts
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend continuously throughout the day
- Physical ability to push, pull, or lift up to 40 lbs
- Positive attitude and service-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Ensure hotel operations align with the company's community and service values

- Hire, train, supervise, and coach team members
- Conduct performance evaluations and development plans
- Maintain guest satisfaction and service quality
- Oversee property maintenance and housekeeping standards
- Manage financial performance including budgets and cost control
- Lead food and beverage operations ensuring customer service excellence
- Engage with sales and marketing to drive revenue and occupancy
- Coordinate with ownership and corporate leadership for financial reporting and operational updates
- Respond to emergencies and enforce safety protocols
- Conduct regular team meetings and property inspections
