Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and forecasting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Commitment to uphold company policies and brand standards

  • 5+ years of hotel management experience
  • Energetic, motivated, and passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences
  • Strategic thinker and hands-on operator who leads by example
