Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred or equivalent experience
  • Proven 10 plus years of experience as a hotel general manager or in a senior leadership role within boutique or lifestyle hospitality
  • Strong operational knowledge across rooms, food and beverage, and multi-outlet environments
  • Demonstrated financial acumen including budgeting and forecasting
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for design-forward, experience-driven hospitality
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Oversee all hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, nightlife, retail, and events
  • Lead, mentor, and develop department leaders and teams fostering a collaborative and service-driven culture
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining service standards and resolving guest concerns with care and creativity
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to meet or exceed revenue and profitability goals
  • Monitor operating costs while maintaining quality, design integrity, and brand standards
  • Partner with ownership and senior leadership on strategic initiatives, programming, and long-term growth
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations including safety and labor laws
  • Build strong relationships with vendors, brand partners, and the surrounding community
