Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years hotel management experience including 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience overseeing multi-department hotel operations
- Strong financial management and budgeting skills
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of hotel management software and systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends holidays and evenings
- Ability to stand walk and move around hotel for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Commitment to compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years hotel management experience including 3 years as General Manager or equivalent
- Experience managing front office housekeeping food and beverage sales departments
- Proven track record of meeting financial targets and managing budgets
- Strong leadership skills able to inspire motivate and manage teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong financial acumen budgeting forecasting and reporting
- Deep understanding of hotel operations and service standards
- Knowledge of hotel management software and property management systems

Job Duties
- Oversee all hotel operations ensuring smooth day-to-day functions across departments
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain quality standards
- Manage operational budgets track performance against financial goals and implement corrective actions
- Ensure proper staffing and equipment for top-tier guest service
- Lead efforts to provide exceptional guest service and resolve complaints promptly
- Regularly assess guest feedback to identify improvement areas
- Implement initiatives to enhance guest loyalty and repeat business
- Lead mentor and support hotel department managers ensuring alignment with goals
- Develop and execute employee training programs
- Foster a positive inclusive work culture promoting teamwork and retention
- Conduct performance evaluations provide feedback and coaching
- Develop and manage annual hotel budget ensuring cost control and revenue maximization
- Monitor operational expenses identify cost savings opportunities
- Analyze financial reports and KPIs take corrective actions
- Optimize room revenue through pricing strategies and occupancy management
- Oversee marketing and sales strategies to drive bookings and events
- Coordinate with sales team to develop promotions and maximize revenue
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients event planners and travel agents
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Ensure compliance with regulations including health safety environmental and labor laws
- Oversee security systems ensuring safety of guests employees and property
- Ensure adherence to food safety sanitation and emergency protocols
- Manage hotel building and facilities meet brand standards
