Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Proven leadership experience in hospitality management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage financials and operational metrics
- Experience with marketing and sales strategies
- Capability to foster a positive work culture
- Willingness to engage with community partnerships and stakeholders
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Hotel General Manager or key leadership role in full-service branded or non-branded hotels
- Knowledge of Hilton brand and systems preferred
- Experience working in union settings beneficial
- Demonstrated strategic thinking in business leadership and revenue management
- Strong track record of success with measurable outcomes
- Excellent communication and team engagement skills
- Associate development and mentorship experience
- Ability to analyze competitive market intelligence
Job Duties
- Champion the hotel’s strategic vision and drive execution through planning and leadership
- Foster a culture of excellence by empowering associates to deliver outstanding guest service
- Serve as an active community partner to enhance property presence
- Ensure financial performance through accurate forecasting and operational adjustments
- Lead revenue initiatives and guide Commercial Team to adapt to market trends
- Engage in sales efforts through property tours, presentations, and client meetings
- Oversee recruitment, training, development, and retention of top talent
- Provide ongoing support and cultivate a respectful, productive work environment
