Job Requirements

  • 3 to 5 plus years of general manager experience within Marriott or other major hotel brand
  • proficiency with MS Office and Marriott operational systems
  • strong financial acumen in budgeting revenue management and labor controls
  • excellent leadership and team development capabilities
  • solid operational understanding of hotel and food and beverage operations
  • effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • willingness to engage in hands-on leadership and property inspections

Job Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 plus years of general manager experience within Marriott or other major hotel brand
  • proven track record delivering strong financial results and outstanding guest satisfaction
  • ability to lead motivate and develop teams across all hotel departments
  • strong operational knowledge of hotels housekeeping and food and beverage needs
  • skilled in revenue management budgeting labor planning and financial analysis
  • excellent communication relationship-building and problem-solving skills
  • proficiency with MS Office and Marriott systems such as MARSH Opera/CI Micros and reporting tools
  • hands-on visible leadership style approachable supportive and dedicated to high service standards
  • hospitality degree or food and beverage background is a plus

Job Duties

  • lead day-to-day operations of the hotel ensuring alignment with brand standards and operational procedures
  • drive performance across guest satisfaction occupancy revenue management and GOP targets
  • oversee department leaders and ensure associates receive training coaching and developmental support
  • hire develop and retain high-quality team members while maintaining a positive workplace
  • produce and analyze financial and operational reports collaborating with corporate teams
  • partner with sales team to grow corporate group and transient business
  • engage in outside sales calls and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations
  • conduct regular property inspections for cleanliness maintenance and safety
  • manage budgets forecasts labor controls purchasing inventory and expenses
  • maintain compliance with brand requirements local regulations and employment laws
  • lead a strong service culture through communication recognition and follow-through
  • serve as manager on duty when required and support operational tasks
