Job Requirements
- 3-5 plus years of general manager experience in Marriott or another major hotel brand
- Proven track record of strong financial results and guest satisfaction scores
- Ability to lead and motivate teams across hotel departments
- Knowledge of hotel operations including housekeeping and food and beverage
- Skilled in revenue management budgeting labor planning and financial analysis
- Excellent communication relationship-building and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Marriott systems such as MARSHA Opera/CI Micros and reporting tools
- Hands-on leadership style that is approachable supportive and service-oriented
- Hospitality degree or food and beverage background is preferred

- Hands-on visible leadership style approachable supportive and dedicated to high service standards
- Hospitality degree or food and beverage background is a plus
Job Duties
- Lead day-to-day operations of the hotel ensuring alignment with Marriott brand standards and company procedures
- Drive performance across guest satisfaction occupancy revenue management and GOP targets
- Oversee department leaders and ensure all associates receive training coaching and developmental support
- Hire develop and retain high-quality team members while maintaining a positive and collaborative workplace
- Produce and analyze financial and operational reports ensuring accuracy and accountability
- Partner with the Sales team to grow corporate group and transient business
- Actively engage in outside sales calls and maintain strong relationships with local businesses hospitals retail partners and organizations
- Conduct regular property inspections to uphold cleanliness maintenance and safety standards
- Manage budgets forecasts labor controls purchasing inventory and expenses
- Maintain compliance with Marriott brand requirements local regulations and employment laws
- Lead a strong service culture through daily communication recognition and follow-through
- Serve as Manager on Duty when required and support operational tasks
