Job Requirements
- Minimum five years’ experience as Director of Operations or Hotel Manager of a large four-star or four-diamond multi-outlet convention property
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience managing and overseeing Food & Beverage and Rooms Division operations
- Demonstrated success in profit and guest service goals
- Strong financial skills
- Ability to inspire and develop a team
- Guest-centric mindset
