Job Requirements

  • Minimum five years’ experience as Director of Operations or Hotel Manager of a large four-star or four-diamond multi-outlet convention property
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • Proven experience managing and overseeing Food & Beverage and Rooms Division operations
  • Demonstrated success in profit and guest service goals
  • Strong financial skills
  • Ability to inspire and develop a team
  • Guest-centric mindset
