Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- 5+ years of experience leading a hotel or hospitality team
- Proven track record in hospitality management
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Effective communication and organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a hotel manager, assistant manager, or hotel department manager required
- 5+ years of experience working in a hotel or the hospitality industry required
- High school diploma or equivalent GED required
- degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Lead sales and marketing efforts by developing a targeted strategy for publicizing the hotel's services and amenities
- Enhance the hotel's reputation for quality by inspecting the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms, public areas, and surrounding grounds
- Inspire staff through leadership, vision, and operational strategies that drive financial success by providing exceptional guest service
- Collaborate with hotel department leaders to define goals and objectives that are compatible with the overall hotel goals, as well as strategies for achieving them
- Create a budget to maximize profit margins while keeping costs in balance with guest satisfaction and quality of services
- Hire and train new employees to maintain high standards
- Manage all hotel departments to ensure excellent operational efficiency
