Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED
  • 5+ years of experience leading a hotel or hospitality team
  • Proven track record in hospitality management
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Effective communication and organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a hotel manager, assistant manager, or hotel department manager required
  • 5+ years of experience working in a hotel or the hospitality industry required
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED required
  • degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • Strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Lead sales and marketing efforts by developing a targeted strategy for publicizing the hotel's services and amenities
  • Enhance the hotel's reputation for quality by inspecting the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms, public areas, and surrounding grounds
  • Inspire staff through leadership, vision, and operational strategies that drive financial success by providing exceptional guest service
  • Collaborate with hotel department leaders to define goals and objectives that are compatible with the overall hotel goals, as well as strategies for achieving them
  • Create a budget to maximize profit margins while keeping costs in balance with guest satisfaction and quality of services
  • Hire and train new employees to maintain high standards
  • Manage all hotel departments to ensure excellent operational efficiency
