Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- 5 or more years of experience in hotel or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a hotel manager, assistant manager, or hotel department manager required
- 5+ years of experience working in a hotel or the hospitality industry required
- You must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED
- We prefer a degree in hospitality or related field of study
- Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills
- Full service GM experience
- Hilton experience preferred
Job Duties
- Lead sales and marketing efforts by developing a targeted strategy for publicizing the hotel's services and amenities
- Enhance the hotel's reputation for quality by inspecting the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms, public areas, and surrounding grounds
- Inspire your staff through leadership, vision, and operational strategies that drive financial success by providing exceptional guest service
- Collaborate with hotel department leaders to define goals and objectives that are compatible with the overall hotel goals, as well as strategies for achieving them
- Create a budget to maximize profit margins while keeping costs in balance with guest satisfaction and quality of services
- Hire, train, and manage hotel staff across all departments
- Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with quality standards and guest service expectations
