Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management or similar role
- Ability to work 55 to 60 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
- Willingness to be hands-on and present during peak operational times
