Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of five years experience in hospitality management or related field
- excellent leadership and organizational skills
- strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to work a flexible schedule of 55 to 60 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to perform hands-on duties during peak periods
- passion for guest service and team development
